Die IOM-App ist ein internes Kommunikations- und Hilfsprogramm, zu dem alle IOM-Partner und Micro-Trainer Zugang erhalten. Generell ist die App in fünf Kernbereiche unterteilt:

Die IOM-App gibt es in zwei unterschiedlichen Versionen, jeweils an die Bedürfnisse der beiden Nutzergruppen (Partner und Trainer) angepasst.
Sie soll vor allem die Kommunikation intensivieren und als zentraler Sammelpunkt und gemeinsamer Arbeitsbereich fungieren.
Als User wirst Du durch diverse Hilfs- und Businesstools unterstützt und über Neuigkeiten des Systems stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Die App ist außerdem zentraler Sammelpunkt aller bei Microtraining verwendeten Programme – von ihr aus gelangst Du beispielsweise schnell und unkompliziert zum Microtraining-Cockpit oder KnowledgePulse. Du hast außerdem eine Übersicht über den Trainerpool – inklusive aller relevanten Daten, wie Evaluierungswerte oder Einsatzgebiete.
Mit der App hast Du alle relevanten Informationen strukturiert zur Hand und kannst sie jederzeit abrufen.
